Mary K. Dougherty

Mary Dougherty is a retired psychologist and therapist with a lifelong passion for listening, supporting others, and strengthening communities. Now, she’s running for Mayor of Clifton Heights to bring steady, compassionate leadership to the town she’s called home since 1992.

Mary holds an MA in Psychology from Fordham University and a BA from Macalester College. A graduate of Archbishop Prendergast Catholic Girls High School, she’s also an active volunteer with the Friends of Heinz National Wildlife Refuge.

Rooted in service and guided by experience, Mary is ready to lead with care, clarity, and a deep commitment to the people of Clifton Heights.

Samantha Byles

Samantha Byles is running for Clifton Heights Borough Council in Ward 1, bringing a strong background in public service, communications, and community engagement. As a Constituent Services Advisor for State Representative Boyd, Samantha works every day to solve problems and connect residents with the resources they need.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Journalism from Temple University. With over a decade of experience in communications, Samantha knows how to listen, respond, and lead with transparency.

A proud homeowner and resident since 2020, Samantha is committed to making Ward 1 a place where every voice is heard and every neighborhood thrives.

Tina Wiley

Tina Wiley is a write-in candidate for Clifton Heights Borough Council in Ward 2, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to local leadership. With a background as an Electronic Biller at Sweeney and Sheehan and years of experience as a computer technician, Tina is no stranger to problem-solving and detail-oriented work.

She is A+ Certified and a graduate of Lyons Technical Institute, and has spent much of her time outside of work volunteering in causes close to her heart—from supporting Alzheimer’s research and elder care to helping children build confidence through reading.

A Clifton Heights resident and homeowner since 1998, Tina understands the everyday concerns of Ward 2 residents and is ready to be a steady, responsive voice on Borough Council.

Latashia Ross

Latashia Ross is running for Clifton Heights Borough Council in Ward 3, bringing over 20 years of experience in banking and a deep commitment to service and financial transparency. As a Member Services Representative with Navy Federal Credit Union, Latashia helps people navigate their finances with clarity and care—skills she’s ready to bring to local government.

A graduate of West Philadelphia High School and a proud mother of a student at Primos Elementary, Latashia is deeply invested in the future of local families and schools.

Since moving to Clifton Heights in 2018 and becoming a homeowner, she has grown strong roots in the community. Now, she’s ready to represent Ward 3 with steady leadership, practical know-how, and a passion for making local government work for everyone.

Missy Auman

Missy Auman is running for Clifton Heights Borough Council in Ward 4, bringing a strong commitment to families, schools, and everyday community life. As a Noontime Assistant at Stonehurst Hills Elementary School and a former Night Manager at Wawa, Missy understands the importance of hard work, reliability, and connection.

She’s a proud mother of a student at Westbrook Park Elementary and an active softball coach with Drexel Hill Little League, where she mentors young athletes and helps build team spirit.

A resident and homeowner in Clifton Heights since 2017, Missy is ready to represent Ward 4 with the same dedication she brings to her family, her school, and the field—focused on making Clifton Heights a great place to live, learn, and grow.
